🥩 Grounding
Grounding was our natural state 24/7. Nowadays people go months without being grounded.
What is it:
Grounding is simply getting in direct skin contact with the surface of the Earth through your bare feet, hands or entire body (swimming in the ocean)
Grounding, equalizes the electric charge of our bodies using electrons from the earth
Our body voltage drops to nearly zero, stabilizes and doesn't change with exposure to constantly fluctuating electric fields around us (called umbrella effect)
What does it do:
Grounding changes your blood viscosity (your red blood cells have a greater negative charge when grounded, so they will not clump and clot together)
Grounding improves blood circulation
Grounding restores circadian cortisol secretion (resulting in less stress and anxiety)
Graph A is what your cortisol should look like throughout the day. Graph B is a real sample from study participants. Graph C is what the study participates levels were after grounding.
You can see there is significant stabilization of cortisol levels
“Illnesses do not come upon us out of the blue. They are developed from small daily sins against Nature. When enough sins have accumulated, illnesses will suddenly appear.”
